Return and Refund Policy

  • Whether you received a SaaSoh product as a gift or you ordered it for yourself, if you are not happy with the product or if there is any damage to the product, then you can return it within 60 days from the date of your order.

  • All unused products that are unwashed and have their original packaging, including the tags, will be accepted, and the amount charged to the users for the product at the time of placing the order will be reimbursed in entirety. We do not refund the shipping costs incurred at the time of placing the order.

  • For bed linen, we accept gently used products that have not been abused. On bed linen orders, you will notice a 20% deduction in the refund amount for returning gently used products as we have to discard it and send it either for recycling or to Goodwill. 

  • We do not accept returns of individual items which were originally a part of a set. All items other than bed linen must be returned unused and in the original packing with the price tags intact. The customer has to bear the return shipping charges. We do not reimburse such costs.

  • Items bought as part of a final sale are not eligible for returns and refunds.

  • We do not offer an exchange at this time; you may simply request a refund and place a new order on our website.

  • All products returned to SaaSoh are thoroughly checked before processing a refund. If we find that a returned item does not adhere to our returns policy, then the item will be shipped back to you with a shipping charge and a letter informing you of the reason why the returns were not accepted.

Initiating a Return

To return an order, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required. To obtain the RMA number, you can either call our customer service team or place a request online. The RMA number must be taped on the packaging before returning the product. Returns should be sent to the following address:

Refunds

  • Refunds are initiated once we receive the returned item and after we have checked the product for use. Unused items returned in the original packaging with the tags will be reimbursed entirely excluding the shipping fee paid at the time of placing the order.

  • All orders returned within 60 days from the day of receiving the order, which conforms to our returns and refund policy, will be refunded to the original method of payment used at the time of placing the order.

  • It can take up to 7 business days for you to receive the refund in your account.
